Mas
Guyot is an estate of Languedoc, near Sommières, settled in the Garrigues
between Nîmes and
Montpellier.
In
the vineyard
The
vineyards, planted on well-oriented hillsides,
take advantage of a maximum of sunshine. Mix of clay and limestone soil
with alluvia of gravels of the quaternary period.
In
the cellar
Grape
skin maceration, bleeding, vinification at
controlled and low temperature.
Tasting
notes
A
wine with a brilliant pale yellow robe. On
the nose, matured pink grapefruits and citrus aromas, introducing to a
contrasting sensation on the palate, vivacity, roundness and freshness.
Food
& wine
To
serve perfectly with seafood, « rouille de seiche
à la Sétoise », grilled sea bass with fennel, lemon sole in wine
sauce.
Cheese:
goat’s milk “pélardon”
Aperitif:
with our blackcurrant liqueur for an original and delightful kir !
